Life Thrive Solutions is a Florida mental health group practice providing compassionate, evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy for adults, couples, and families. We offer in-person therapy in Stuart and Kissimmee and secure telehealth throughout Florida. Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, substance use and addiction, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. Approaches available across our practice may include CBT, EMDR, DBT-informed care, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Treatment is individualized based on each client’s needs, goals, and clinician fit.
